1. Acceptance

The website ranco-it.com is operated by Ranco-IT SpA, a company incorporated in Chile. By using the site or contacting us through it, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send information through its forms.

2. Nature of the site

The site is an informational and business contact channel. Information about services, timelines and references is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Each project is quoted with a specific scope, formalized in a proposal and a contract signed by both parties.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the site in good faith and not to:

  • Attempt to access non-public areas or circumvent security measures.
  • Send illegal or offensive content, malware or spam through the forms.
  • Perform mass scraping, copy content or reproduce substantial parts of the site without written permission.
  • Impersonate third parties when filling out forms.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, code, brand and logo of Ranco-IT are owned by Ranco-IT SpA or used under license from third parties. You may share links to the site. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification) requires prior written permission.

5. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party services (Calendly, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, Resend, among others). We do not control the content or policies of those services and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the site without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ranco-IT SpA will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. This does not affect commitments made in individual contracts signed with clients.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data you send us through the site is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be resolved by the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to consumer rights recognized by the law of your country of residence.
