How we work

Six phases from the first conversation to launch and support. Iterative delivery and clear communication at every step.

    Initial call

    A free 30-minute call to understand your business, the specific problem and your goals. If it is a good fit, we move forward.

  2. 02

    KM 02

    Discovery and proposal

    We gather requirements, stakeholders and constraints, then deliver a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables and a detailed cost.

  3. 03

    KM 03

    Design and architecture

    We define the architecture, technology and workflows, and validate mockups and technical decisions with you before writing a single line of code.

  4. 04

    KM 04

    Iterative development

    We work in one- to two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You see real progress and can adjust priorities along the way.

    KM 05

    QA and validation

    Before release we run end-to-end testing and acceptance tests with you. Nothing ships without formal approval.

  6. 06

    KM 06

    Launch and support

    We deploy, train your team and support adoption, with ongoing support and maintenance if you need it.
